Thanks everyone! Sue, I usually just use Kodak Easyshare, but I used a website called www.fotoflexer.com for this effect. But for some reason, there's a glitch and I can't get the edited photos saved to my computer or any of the sites I use (Picasa, etc...). I've been posting them here using the URL.
Beck - I explored fotoflexer this week based on a recommendation on a message forum. It is ok, but does not give the same great results you usually have in your prints that look like painting, in my opinion. I was able to save a couple of pictures to my computer though - make sure you put in the name yourself, as it defaults to the same one over and over, and would just overwrite. Good luck!
Sue, I think you can also download the newest Kodak Easyshare software online for free at the Kodak website. That's the one I use for that watercolor effect. It's the cartoon feature under Fun Effects. I'm still not having any luck saving anything from Fotoflexer, even when I put the name in myself. And I've also had no success trying to save them to my Picasa albums. Kind of glitchy!
Fantastic Beck! They look like oil paintings!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! Jeanie is right, those could be framed and hung on a wall.
ReplyDeleteAs usual, love your pictures. I'm looking for a good photo editing program - any suggestions?
